Our Tooling Department is staffed 24 hours a day giving us increased capacity and capabilities. Our latest facility expansions now offers a dedicated  tooling  department which is facilitated with overhead handling cranes and environmental controls to aid in lean, accurate & safe operations. We have numerous precision granite surface plates to assist in building very precision Aerospace Assembly Jigs, Fixtures and Masters.  PFI also works with composites such as epoxy resins, fiberglass, graphite and plaster for building Soft Tooling and Mastering.  We can provide large jigs, fixtures, molds, form blocks, check fixtures, inspection gauges, master-models, trim tools, hydroform tools, stretch blocks and complete automated tooling stations.
