Cap 2Process Fab Inc (PFI) is a full-service precision aerospace manufacturer specializing in production engineering, design, machining, fabrication, welding and flight hardware assembly. Our business objective is to provide responsive, competitive and thoroughly compliant product support to our aerospace customers. We combine continuous improvement processes with traditional values, such as meeting commitments to cost, schedule and technical performance.

The PFI manufacturing facility and workflow throughput has been organized following lean manufacturing principles. Lean manufacturing is applied across all operations from design engineering, tooling, parts manufacturing and finishing, through product assembly and inspection. PFI integrates Solid Model design capabilities with contemporary production equipment, to include CNC 5-axis high speed milling machines, advanced Metrology capabilities, certified aircraft assembly technicians, environmentally controlled facilities and a CAD/CAM network that provides design and engineering analysis, CNC programming and certification support.
