Bob has been a Chief Financial Officer of public and private mid-cap and emerging growth companies in the aerospace, consumer, and technology industries during the past nineteen years. Prior to joining Process Fab, Bob was CFO of two publicly traded consumer products companies.

Bob has extensive experience in the Aerospace industry having directed the growth as a CFO of an aerospace company from a private avionics company with sales of $13 million to a multinational public company with sales of nearly $200 million with nine domestic and two foreign manufacturing subsidiaries and over 1,600 employees.

Bob has also been a VP of Finance/Controller for three divisions of Goodrich Aerospace.  Bob also has an extensive treasury background having directed an IPO, follow-on equity offering, reverse merger, three PIPE offerings, two public debt offerings and numerous private equity and debt offerings.  Bob has strong Mergers and Acquisition accomplishments having implemented a consolidation strategy by acquiring and integrating six aerospace companies for over $135 million, three consumer products acquisitions for $15 million and successfully executed two exit strategies by selling two companies for over $375 million. 

Bob has completed several rate audits with the DCAA and is very familiar with FAR 15.4 Contract Pricing and FAR 31 Contract Cost Principles and Procedure requirements.

Bob holds a Master of Science in Industrial Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree, both from Carnegie-Mellon University.
