Mr. Exley over ( 24) twenty four years in the Aerospace / Defense industry. Prior to  joining PFI, Bob was the Vice President of Engineering for all of Ducommun AeroStructures for 10 years.  He has led concurrent engineering teams with customers on programs such as Airborne Laser (Boeing), SOFIA (Raytheon), X-33 (NASA), E2C (Northrop), A380 (Aerospatiale), and LCF-Large Cargo Freighter (Boeing).  Prior to his relationship with PFI and the Ducommun Corporation, Bob was with Manufacturing Technology group at Northrop Grumman for over 10 years.

Bob dedication to the success of Process Fab and pleasing its customers is why he can be found working long days.
